Hi all 2007 applicants.

We got our Passports back today with our Visa's in. This process has taken from the 26 Sept 2006 until 20 May 2010. It has been very stressful, due to poor communication from CIC, we had 2 medical furtherance reports, lost post, incorrect postal address, additional Police Certs etc......

Then out of the blue we got our PPR on the 29 April 2010, now the planning has gone in to over drive...

All those from 2007 and beyond that are still waiting "Good Luck"

We will keep you posted as to our progress when we land on the 30 June 2010.

for nextphase and minxymel!

for CP <<<<hug>>>>

Have just e-mailed my lawyer to see if they have noticed any slow down with old applications, and where their other clients are up to. Might as well get them doing something for their money

Sent a case specific letter again to the embassy noting that i submitted my apps 20/10/07, fee cashed 26/10/07 but yet they stated that my AOR is 10/04/07. AOR 6 months before i submitted my apps. Hmmm, wondering if they will see this as a mistake.

Hi all from 2007,

We have removal company coming on 24 June, just getting Med Ins quotes! we have finally given up work, as too much to do. Informed our children's school's of our departure date, family not very happy as they did not think we would get accepted.... at some points we had doubts...

We hope those still waiting get good news very soon. We will keep you posted, if anyone is in the Barrie area and would like to meet up for coffee, it would be great.

Thanks for help and advice Melanie
