Default 120 letter advice needed

hy everyone

just received 120 day letter and i have 2 questions.

If anyone knows or had a similar problem, its not easy for me to get hold of an employment contract from a past employer, it would mean a long delay in order to get it ,is that an issue if i skip it? i have the other contracts though.

Being english native,i have to provide a letter attesting to this fact, does this mean i should write a resume ?

any suggestions are welcome

thanx

Hi there,
I managed to get a letter from my last employer, but couldnt find the actual employment contract, as for the ones before that, no chance! Seems their main concern is you providing some kind of proof of your most recent job that you are claiming to have a NOC number for, so you will need to come up with something.
I stuck in a copy of my CV too, just for the hell of it.
I also made a note explaining that I was educated in England and all my jobs have required me to be fluent in English (also stuck in my secondary education certs to show this), seemed to be OK for them.
