Default 120 email recieved before 26th June - Should I be worried about language test?

I know I have asked this question on another thread but I just wanted to check with others...

I received my 120 day email on 22nd June and am now gathering my doc ready to be sent off to London.
I download the visa specific instructions for London on the 22nd June and it still stated that a written statement for language is ok – I notice now that the London visa instructions are now updated.

Do I have to do a language test or am I ok to do a written statement as will be under the old Rules??

Anybody else who got the 120 email before the 26th June gathering docs still – will you be taking an language test or providing a written statement??

Just wondering what others will be doing.

(PMM replied to me previously stating old rules should be ok, but I just wanted to see what others felt about this?? http://britishexpats.com/forum/showt...=674172&page=4 )

You are being processed under the old rules - so a signed letter is more than sufficient to prove your english language ability.
