Hi there,

my husband is currently working in Canada with an open work permit,
which is based on my work permit. My job offer does not need
confirmation by HRDC. Our application for immigration is being
processed and my husband is the applicant. Recently we were asked to
update his information in order to be
reassessed according to the new law. Can he get 10 selection-points
based on this job? If not, what could we do to get these slection
factors?
