Has anybody used Immigartion Units to help them gain PR in Canada as a way of speeding up the process. We have been looking at using them but have heard that they charge a fee of approx £10k for all the support network and processes.

Any information good or bad would be greatly appreciated.

I think you will find other threads should you search which point out that ****************s are really not necessary and most of us have done it here ourselves.

However if you have a case that is complicated, are really no good at paperwork or a methodical approach to the paperwork and research required then at that point most people would then look at approaching an immigration lawyer.

It may well be worth your while - if you feel more confident with someone else dealing with the process on your behalf to contact Andrew Miller. I know I will be if we have any issues arise with the processing of our case.

This is all just opinion, you knnow your own situation and limitations/strengths so it really has to be your call.

Also with regards to these set ups getting you work you may want to search for related threads on that too. But 10k???? Wow!

Good luck!

Jeez, I'm in the wrong line of business.

Look at Andrew Miller's fees. They are far less than that.

The reason its ***** out is because of a somewhat potentially libelous series of posts a few years ago. Lets just say opinions of that operation were "mixed" , and that the administrators saw fit to expunge it from the record. Perhaps lawyers were involved, who knows.

I would be wary of any company offering services to many different destinations...its hard enough to be an expert on the laws and requirements for one country, never mind a whole bunch of them.

People like to mention Andrew Miller here dont they? I wonder how many of those recommending him have actual first hand experience of using his services?

I realise his posts here are invaluable and good exposure, and that he seems to know his stuff, but Im equally sure there are many other reputable consultants and lawyers out there people!
