Default Is "Canadian Experience" a Convenient Excuse?

I've read numerous comments about how Canadian employers reject immigrants by
claiming that they don't have "Canadian experience". Apparently even U.S. experience
doesn't count. Now I'm wondering, is that just a smoke screen for other reasons?

One way to tell, I think, is whether native born Americans have the same trouble as
non-Americans who happen to have U.S. experience. Any comments from Americans who
moved to Canada?

If they can squeeze you, they'll do. When the table turns around f@#k them at will
and don't feel bad of not being loyal.
