I've resorted to walking my dog further up the hill so he has some off lead time but to be honest I don't think the location is any further up the hill. It's just underdeveloped! Walking along one new street I spotted a very long cable from opposite side of road to a new build. I'm 110% certain that new build had an electrical point so .... I'm thinking ....why divert need to use electricity from another plot not yet purchased.
