Unsealed envelope
This afternoon I got a letter, well two, in same envelope about my NHS pension with private details. The envelope was not sealed so anyone from Bolton, their H.Q., to here could have pulled them both out and read them. I am not too impressed. It doesn't take alot to seal an envelope. Not too happy about it so have emailed a complaint. Doubt anyone will have their knuckles rapped.

A similar thing happened to me not so long ago, not only that but they completely misspelled my name.
To compound matters they got my door number wrong as well!
It was only by chance that I received it at all.
