Default Transport to South West Lake Balaton

Hello

Can anyone help me please.

I am trying to organise a trip to the MotoGP event next year that takes place near Savoly, near to Balatonfenyves. The flights to Budapest look quite expensive at the moment (the event is at this time of year next year) so I am looking into Graz etc and wondered if anyone knew how much the train would cost and how long it takes?
Also anywhere else that is possible via train Bratislava?

Also wondered if there are many expats who rent accomodation out in the area?

Thanks in advance

Shaun
