Small estate agencies or estate agencies in small towns

Can anyone recommend any estate agencies that do not appear anywhere near to the top of Google searches, anywhere in Hungary? Has anyone had a good experience with an estate agency that is not widely known of because it is small and just in one particular town? Please post the web site addresses of such agencies.
