I'm a bit worried about the blue tits in my garden in Croatia. I was getting pestered by wasps in the living room. It seemed there must be a nest in the box for the window roller shutter so I liberally sprayed that area inside and out with fly spray. The dead wasps were dropping down and collecting between the mosquito netting and the window frame. The blue tits were then standing on the window sill, pecking holes in the mosquito net, tugging out wasp corpses and eating them. I was getting to see the birds very close up but I just hope they don't get poisoned by the fly spray.
