Re: Private Long term car parking near Ferenc airport
There are 2 options with public transport, bus or train. From Súmeg to Budapest there are about 24 bus services on weekdays and less at the weekend. the Time table is found here
https://menetrendek.hu/
If you click Csak busz járatok at the upper part of the page you will get bus services only, if you click Busz, vonat és hajó járatok you will get combined bus and train services. with this the bus / train is shown with a red and/or blue icon on the line of the service. With a combined service it is as well to check the distance between the bus station and train station as they are not always that close to each other (e.g. Veszprém = half an hour walk)
The train only service also has about 25 services. The train only timetable has an English language option and is found here
MV-START :: ELVIRA - belfldi vasti utastjkoztats
The services given on the timetables are all theoretically possible but some of the changes have no wait time between arrival and leaving. I always check the wait time at changes and discard any option that does not have at least 5 mins. and preferably 10 mins.between arrival and departure. The journey details can be seen by clicking on the line of the service in the timetable.

And the good news is - The timetables for the railway connections (MAV - Elvira) are also available in English (or German) and they are quite reliable.
PS:
Sorry, didn't see that Peter had already mentioned it ...

Cheers Wolfi , any help appreciated,
Peters advice with the risk with the close timetables makes sense.
I've downloaded the Vonatinfo app looks like I can get an e-ticket,
With the risk of missing a connecting train (some have 4-5 connections) shame you can't get an open day ticket! oh well, its all part of the fun! just got to learn the language :-) now
