If it was Péter Besenyei it could be both, simultaneously!
Last year he took off from the Erzsébet Bridge.
I have been to many displays over the years but some of the flying here is some of the best - including the guy who flew with his wheels skimming the water.

Yeah, it's almost 100% vertical in the photo.
Last year there was some other air display thing, not the Red Bull one, and there was a helicopter doing stunts. Man alive, that was very impressive, not to mention quite scary to watch.
