Phone packages to call abroad?

Hi everybody,

I wondered if anybody knew which was the best landline phone provider with the most cost effective solution for calling European landlines? I need it for my home business, but I can't seem to find anything yet in Hungary.

UPC have a package for 6 hours of calls per month to landlines for 2500 HUF but then the rates jumps to 30ft per minute.

If anybody has any experience with a cheaper option (not Skype), I would love to hear from you.
