Re: New immigration process
Citizenship is different from permanent residence. You will still be a uk citizen even with a permanent Hungarian residence and therefore be able to live in your own country (uk) too.

Hi everyone,
Just thought I would post this update in case anyone does not know. The duty stamp that you used to need from the post office to get your residence permit/address card is no longer required as of January 2018. You can now pay by card at the immigration office. Thanks I posted to draw your attention to the above. I got my answer to my previous question. Thank you. |
Re: New immigration process

Re: New immigration process
BMBAH Website - the bmbah dot hu / index.php? lang=en - Sorry, but I cannpt post links yet.
Look under the RESIDENCE IN HUNGARY menu items and select which one applies to your wife, and you? It will lead you to the correct procedure/application form. As far as I know the stamp is still 1,000 Ft. I saw someone buy one a couple of months ago. |
