Okay - so I am being a bit dim... but it says call 1412 for more info. I am in the UK at the moment and have tried 0036 but assume there must be something else (area code?) before the 1412... any help appreciated.

I think that is similar to a low call local number. You will need the Budapest number and the English speaking customer service. I'm just about to begin a Maths lesson but as soon as we are finished I will see if I can find it for you

Okay - after much internet searching I have found it .....for future ref it is 0036 1 447 4444. They are very helpful
