Default Hungarian Sunday Noise Abatement Law Question

Just read elsewhere on the forum that Hungary has enacted a Sunday noise abatement law. Does anyone know exactly what the law prohibits? Yes, obviously making noise with power tools and garden equipment, but it would be nice to know when it was enacted, the fines for violation and exactly what the law covers. Thanks

A bit more info needed as we haven't heard anything on the media. anyone know the law number? Was this a local by-law or is it a national law?
A quick dip into a search shows a national environmental law from 2007 and various local laws (based on the 2007 law) that for example would limit lawn mowing and alike to between 09?00 and 18:00 on Sundays but not a ban - so details needed please.

I don't have any more information, Just what I read on this forum in another thread. Cannot remember were I saw it. I did ask a neighbor if he knew about it and he knew about it but not when it was enacted, whether local or nationwide either.

If it exists it is ignored here!
The mayor does his mowing on a Sunday, other neighbour has chainsaw running.
And of course the noisy barking dogs probably don't know it's Sunday.

Well, my feeling is it must not be enforced around here either near Kaposvar because we heard at least 2 chainsaws and countless strimmers Sunday plus barking dogs and a electric drill around us. The noise doesn't bother us but we thought it was something just enacted and did not want to be fined or told off by a neighbor. I don't ever strim before 9AM or after 6PM any day of the week. The dogs on the other hand bark when other dogs start barking. Thanks for the responses so we will just ignore it until we learn more about this law.
