On another unrelated but bizarre thing. Some years ago, I was driving in Sussex listenting to local radio, where the manager of Chichester crematorium was being interviewed. He had taken the unusual step of allowing visitors "backstage", so to speak as so many people had written in asking what really went of after the curtains closed. At the end of the interview, the hapless man said "and I would assure anyone making this visit of a very warm welcome". He didn't realise what he had said! The car in front of me was probably listening too, as it started to veer all over the road, as mine was.
