Default House valuation

Can anyone please recommend someone who does official house valuations at a reasonable price? It's needed for dividing the asset after divorce i.e. one party buying the other out. Keszthely area please. Preferably also English or German-speaking.
Thank you.

Can't you find an estate agent to value your house?

Unfortunately I'm in a similar situation. Are there companies that buy houses like in England, they give a lowball offer for a quick sale

I think it needs to be an official one by a surveyor, not an estate agent who will probably undervalue it.

If the divorce is happening in Hungary then the Court will appoint an assessor if necessary.
My understanding of divorce settlements here is that (if there are no kids involved) if you go to the court with an agreement that looks halfway fair then the court will accept it. If you can't agree then the court will appoint a court approved assessor.
You might try going to the local court and asking for the names of their court approved assessors (valuers).
Surveyors in the English sense of the term don't really exist here
