I am not sure. She was released under house arrest in December. Any further developments seem a bit vague... I am not even sure whether her trial has started.. Her case really highlights the ridiculous situation that prevails here at the moment. The Government seems a bit shamed by it and is promising further legislation- I am not holding my breath!

Agnes Gereb's trial will resume later this month. Home Birth will be legal in most circumstances, under certain conditions from May 1st!
