Yes we used them and had an awful experience, got totally ripped off and conned. Don't go near them with a barge pole. It was in fact a particular couple of people who worked there at the time and I believe still do. The co may have been good at one point, but they certainly were not for us. Actually, just thinking about them makes me angry. And I know I am not alone.

Thanks, had a gut feeling that this may be the case but you've confirmed our suspicions, intend to give them a wide berth.
