my cabin may never happen! I can't say too much why but I can tell you I wish obstacles were not constantly put up making it difficult for me to risk investing in a nice cosy cabin with mod cons!

If I can get a return on any investments I make I'd go ahead. At the end of the day when I drop dead my wife's side of the family will reap the rewards. If they haggle I'd walk away and let them rue the decisions they'd made.

This idea is dead in the water! Very disappointed. I think a family member doesn't understand property law which has been misinterpreted to my wife and then translated to me. I studied Business Law decades ago as part of my accountancy studies so have a good understanding of property law. Okay this is Hungary but universally there's a common standard.
