English day - Keszthely 12th November
 

Hi all, just wanted to mention that there is an English day in Keszthely on the 12th of November at the Balaton Theatre. Further details can be found in the enclosed leaflet.

It's good to know and look forward to attending in the future, but there is something I am very interested in and can't find any info on is classical concerts in the area. I did read once that there were frequent concerts in the Festetics mansion/castle/palace (how do you refer to it?). I would appreciate any info on this if you have any. Thank you.

Hi, I think it is castle (kastély) as there is a Festetics Palace in Budapest. The Keszthely website sometimes lists the concerts (www.keszthely.hu - I think), alternatively the local tourist office should have details.
