What are the rules for designated cycle lanes in Hungary? In Malyi I've taken to walking the dog on them. If I see a cyclist I move off or onto the lane for opposite direction. Twice I've seen non-plated mopeds whizzing along on the cycle lanes. One of the riders was going pretty fast and had fishing rods on his back protuding at an angle away from him. They were pretty close to me as he whizzed past.

The cycle lanes I'm referring to above are not the ones on the road but as mentioned supposedly built specifically for cyclists.
