Default Childrens clothes or toys cluttering up your home ?

Hi all, we have a young pregnant Roma girl in our village who is one of the kindest and sweetest people you could meet. She is pregnant and her baby is due in November, as such, I was wondering if anyone had baby items or clothes that they wouldn't mind donating, if you are in the UK I could perhaps pay the postage if it were viable. Also, any childrens clothes, especially winter clothes, boots and shoes would be greatly received by children in our village as well as many surrounding villages.

If you think you can help, please contact me either on this thread or via PM.

Thanks, Rural

36, so just a bit too old for a moses basket then

I would love to pick her up a few things like a moses basket, sterilising unit etc so if you do find somewhere please let me know. I have looked in the market but not seen any moses baskets or really anything "special" if you know what I mean.

I was very close to your street the other day, so the other half tells me, but we were property hunting with a client so couldn't call in. I will definitely try and find the time this week though as there is a lovely young women, currently living in Dubai, who has just bought a property - with her husband- down by the railway. She goes back to Dubai on Wednesday but hopefully next time she is over, she can pop in.

No problem, thanks for that.

I should be able to pick up bits and pieces at the market but I have yet to see a moses basket anywhere! If it wasn't so big, I could buy one off Ebay and have it posted over!
