Default Certifying documents

My private pension providers have asked me to send my passport, driving licence, birth certificate, etc. to prove my identity. I'm not keen to send original documents so they've now sent me a letter to ask for other documents certified....
I'm not sure what to do ... see photo...

Our lawyer has always taken photocopies & added a statement that these are copies certified by her, with appropriate stamps, etc. Never been a problem.

One laugh - a UK fund manager asked for a utility bill to prove address, so I sent a gas bill.
Response: What's this?
Me: A gas bill
Her: It's in Hungarian!
Me (sarcastically): Funny that!
Her: How do I know it's a gas bill?
Me: Word Gaz at the top?
Her: Should say gas.
Me: Does it matter, it's obviously a bill in my name with address displayed as listed on application.
Her: Not accepted.
Me: Fine.

Business placed elsewhere.

I don't have a lawyer but may ask the one who did our new house purchase.

Yes, we use our house purchase lawyer to do other stuff as well, including certification.

A Notary Public will do it for you, but you need one that speaks both English and Hungarian. I got papers signed by one in Encs but if you do a Google search for "Notary Public Miskolc" you'll find plenty. They don't charge very much. I think I paid about 2000 ft but i was several years ago so no doubt prices will have gone up.

I would have thought that would mean a special trip to Budapest which is around 185 kms from Miskolc.
