I am thinking of setting up a small B&B in rural Hungary & would like to hear anyone's experiences of the system.
I have read about various tax systems , local registration etc but would welcome any information on the rules ie: do need a food hygiene inspection or the equivalent. I did read that some small villages do not require you to register for tax if under a certain threshold but am keen to get it confirmed/denied b4 progressing. TIA
