Hi Klarika, the minimum wage for 2010 is 73,500 ft about 281 euros. In our village the typical wage seems to be around 350 euro thought the majority work, "on the side" for 3-4,000 ft a day, apparently there is a serious problem with this in Hungary, though considering the high taxation it is hardly surprising! Personally, unless working for a Hungarian based UK company, I have not heard of anyone earning more than 450 euro/month. Admittedly we are in a less economically developed are and this may increase in towns such as Keszthely or in the resorts.
Cost of living varies greatly depending on the style of life you intend leading. Many of our neighbours get by on 200 euro a month though they are largely self sufficient.
As a guide, some of our living expenses are as follows :
electricity, average over the year: 80 euro/month
phone and Internet: 60 euro/month
weekly shop for family of 5: 90 euro though this year we hope to decrease this by being more self sufficient
meal and drinks for 5 in Piki restaurant: 32 euro
house insurance : 70 euro/year
wood: 200 euro/year

Hope this helps.
