I am new to this forum, and seeking advice in regards to transferring money from NORTH CYPRUS to UK.. Currently, we are trying to sell our home here to relocate back in the UK. If and when we sell our home here, what TAX implications am I likely to encounter in the UK, and the best way to transfer our funds to the UK.. Obviously we will be using the funds from the sale of the home here to contribute to our new home in the UK..

Anyway guidance will be appreciated..

Thanks for the post. They'll be no problems bringing your money back from Cyprus to the UK. Tax wise I'm no expert but if you are selling a property for example you may be liable for Capital Gains Tax.
