shipping luggage to Goa from UK?
Hi All
Any ideas on shipping luggage (approx 4 large trunks) to India?
My husband (Indian) and I are moving back to India and need more than our Airline Allowance for all our stuff.

returnees have a special customs allowance - best to sort that out in advance.
When I tried to ship a couple of boxes a few years back there were very few agencies would handle it, and they all used Air India.
When it finally arrived it was totally trashed - customs still tried to overcharge me on import duty, hoping for baksheesh.
