Hi

I have a deed on a property in Goa that has not been transferred to my name. I am a UK citizen so am having difficulty selling it. I understand I can sell it by assigning my deed to someone else. I have a buyer. I just need a solicitor or other professional who is experienced in this type of transaction to make it happen.

I have heard that there is a solicitor next to Pink Zebra who have done this but I don't have their details.

any help appreciated.
