Be thankful if you get your money back  we also bought at 65  but that is life.

I think by nov - dec the conversion rate will be in the range of USD$1 = Rs.54 -56

http://finance.yahoo.com/currency/co...INR&amt=1&t=3m

http://www.kshitij.com/graphgallery/spotpre.shtml

Rs. 49 will act as a good support for this breakout

Have a look at www.currenciesdirect.com go to "currency charts"

then "pick your own pairing" choose "INR" and you can get current rates and historical rates for various periods, e.g 1 day, 3 day, 1 month etc

K-C

( or just for you Noni if E = MC2 an Pye R2 then £1GBP = 1 Kingfisher ! )

Johnny Five,

I think you've come up with a winner here with your 'Milward speak, init' - if you've got the time or inclination, how about a daily 'blog' about your activities/friends/family written totally in 'Milward speak init' - whoops, I think I've been hit by 'surrealism' - asking you to make up stories in an alien dialect about BE's 'busy international expert' . . . . . . . . . . . matron, matron - I think I need the jacket on again where the sleeves fasten together at the elbows & the wrists. . . . . . . .matron, matron. . . . . . . .

Here's a Friday joke for you all, the old uns are always the best uns. . . . . . .

A radio station was running a competition – words that weren’t in the dictionary yet could still be used in a sentence that would make logical sense. The prize was a trip to Bali.

DJ: “96 FM here, what’s your name?”

Caller: “Hi, my name’s Dave.”

DJ: “Dave, what’s your word?”

Caller: “Goan... spelt G-O-A-N pronounced ‘go-an’.”

DJ: “You are correct, Dave, ‘goan’ is not in the dictionary. Now, for a trip to Bali: What sentence can you use that word in that would make sense?”

Caller: “Goan f**k yourself!”

The DJ cut the caller off and took other calls, all unsuccessful until:

DJ: “96 FM, what’s your name?”

Caller: “Hi, me name’s Jeff.”

DJ: “Jeff, what’s your word?”

Caller: “Smee, spelt S-M-E-E, pronounced ‘smee’.”

DJ: “You are correct, Jeff, ‘smee’ is not in the dictionary. Now, for a trip to Bali: What sentence can you use that word in that would make sense?”

Caller: “Smee again! Goan f**k yourself!”?

I apologise if the 'bad' word offends anyone - but I have asterisked it out.

Regards
