An Indian Summer

There is an interesting article in the overseas property section of yesterday's Daily Mail (page 77). It recommends India and Goa in particular as a place for Britons to retire to. While it admits that "buying property in India can be a laborious process and foreigners still don't have full rights....the situation is improving"! You might want to purchase a property in "upmarket Baga" . Has this person ever been to Goa?

Hi Ceilo,

Welcome to the Forum,

This article has been covered in "Buyer Beware" as below, don't know your situation but it may be worth looking at "Buyer Beware" and "Todays Newspapers" threads and posts to give you a feel of whats happening in Goa and where we are up to.

Thanks
