In Goa in a few weeks so....
 

.... where are the best places to go for some out and out carnage? By the time we reach Goa we will most likely have been on a rickshaw for about 8-10 days and will be looking for a nice place to crash where we can get cleaned up and then go out and get messy! As such, what are the best beaches and areas to head for? We are 3 Brits in our 30's and want to get out and party a bit.

any suggestions of where to go and where to avoid?

In terms of accommodation, the nicer the better to a point as cash isn't really an issue. Proximity to the action, however is.

I have stayed at the Leela previously but it was all a bit Russian / quiet down there.

always plenty happening in Arambol but not really any flash accomodation.
some decent accomodation in the Morjim/Ashwem area (but you can be looking at payin $100's a night-stuff thats been reviewed in Conde Naste magazine ect).
Main problem is still the 10pm music curfew and being able to go somewhere you know the Police aren't going to turn up at midnite and arrest the DJ, the owner and confiscate all the music equipment!!

Why not you try at Tangerine Resort, it is really beautiful resorts offering green environment and homely staying feeling.
