British Expats - GOA - Buyer Beware!

Folks this is really very positive as it appears the CM of Goa is going public with his support for those who are affected by the property situation.
Obviously nothing can happen overnight but this is good news indeed.

We are aware of this list that was tabled in the Goa Legislative Assembly day before. No British though on the list.

Seems to me they're being a bit premature (again). They may have issued Confiscation Orders but the 'owners' presumably have the right of appeal to the High Court.
