Re: Exotic Regency phase 2 Goa

Yes, we too have bought on this phase with just one payment to go. However since Churchill went into liquidation it seems that the builder is now unavailable. We have sent him two emails asking when completion is expected but no reply. We know the first phase exists as we visited last Nov and Sameer showed us around one of the apartments. We know he has received our payments as he sent us a receipt for them. Does anyone know what is going on. Are we to assume that as Churchill have not sent buyers money to the builder that he is now unable to complete. If so where does that leave us, any ideas.

Re: GOA Rukmini constructions please help

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello, could anyone please help me, i had started buying a apartment at the Exotic Regencey phase 2 in Siolim which was due for completion in December 2008, this was being purchased through Churchill innovative solutions, i tried to ring them on monday to no avail i have since found out they have gone bust !!! It's a long chance but myself and others who have been affected are trying to contact the development builder whom i believe to be Rukmini Constructions, i have the bank account details in Mapusa and in Siolim, i do not know if they know of churchills demise as it seems sudden, Any contact information would be most grateful.
Barry

Hi there, would like to know what he said would you be able to tell us by email, (SNIP) Is it Sameers father you spoke to?
We are all concerned as despite emails to Sameer, we have received no replies, would you also be able to give us his phone no.
Think we all need to know if we have lost our money or at best the properties be delayed for completion. Please get in touch

Hi there

Just to let everyone know that we have now had a reply from Sameer, Rukmini Constructions. He has been out of town but assures us that things are on track but might be delayed by 2/3 months. So everyone take a brolly as it looks like we will all be going in the monsoon!!!
Still, dont mind so long as we get to see our new holiday homes.
It has been a distressing time for everyone and for those who paid Churchill even more so. He is aware of this and is trying to sort, not sure how.
We visited the first phase last Nov and were pleased with what we saw. Sameer took us round one of the apartments and seemed a genuine sort of man, so hope we are not proved wrong. The second phase is at the back of the first phase which was on the high street and not too far from the beaches. So looking forward to yet another foot massage, had one a day, cant be bad!!!
