Dr Dukle does it again

Just have to say to again how wonderful Dr Dukle in Candolim is. We went yesterday without an appointment as my wife has a pain in her leg like sciatica. He saw her straight away and took an X ray; prescribed her some tablets and made an appointment to see the specialist this afternoon. All in ONE hour...where can you get treatment like that anywhere in the world?

I don't know if I have told you, but after my O/h was in Dr. D's hospital. Dr. D has been emailing me asking how things had gone. With all my problems I am happy to return to Goa on my own, as I know he will be there if I am taken ill.

This is one genuine Doctor who does not rip you off, in fact he told me to go home and not worry about the bill. (I did leave a cheque with a friend)

undoubtedly the finest medical practitioner in Bardez. Unassuming, genuinely caring and most importantly a true man of medicine and not money.

Last season was the shitiest time for me, both my husband and my best friend were in Doctor Dukles Hospital. Both were told after investigations to return to UK immediately, sadly I lost them both. Dr. Dukles was fantastic to my family whilst we were in hospital, updating my daughters daily and speaking to consultants at our local hospital. I can never thank him enough for treating them and their loved ones with such love and kindness.

I agree; he is marvellous. We saw im again last night as we were waiting for the specialist to arrive and then after we saw the specialist we met some friends for dinner at Bob's Inn. We left there about 9.30 and as we drove by the hospital Dr Dukle was still working.
The friends we were with recommended another very good Doctor for back problems who runs the new Galaxy Hospital between Siolim and Mapusa.
