Has anyone on this forum had experience or knowledge about the construction industry in Goa?. Perhaps even built a house in Goa?

For instance, what is the quality of cement and steel rods used in the multi level buildings and how good are the safety measures against fire, floods etc? There's lots been said about sewage and waste disposal, but do the construction/builders include such in their plans and are these satisfactory?

If there is one construction company that can be recommended for honest reliability and workmanship, please let us know!!!
