Average Rents?

I keep hearing prices have risen dramatically in Goa, but can anyone tell me what the average rent for something like a 2 bed apt or house is in North Goa these days? On a long term lease?

Depends where it is and what facilities it has to offer but it can vary from between 10,000 rps a month to 30,000...no average but just an indication..
