Do Germany gives scholarship to foreign students?.If Give then what is their requirement?.I want to know about it because i want to study in Germany.

I suspect that the only people who can answer your specific question are the university/college you want to go to. Not many people on here will have been in your situation as this is a site for BRITISH expats, who will be EU citizens and so will be subject to different rules.

Other than that there is no reason for Germany to finance foreigners. Maybe ask your government for money to support you to pay rent in Germany? University in Germany is very cheap for all. So I guess you can see that as a general scholarship for Germans and foreigners alike.
