Hi there, I'm Steve and I'm from Scotland. Just got a dream job at a game company in Hamburg and currently looking for a room to rent for a few months.
At the moment I don't speak any German but I will be taking classes.

I will be arriving in Hamburg on the 29th of April so ideally would love to have a room around then. I'm an easy going friendly person and very easy to live with.

If anyone can help, that would be great.

Have you tried airbnb or gumtree - or even google?

Google found this site - https://www.homeforrent.de/en/furnis...houses-hamburg - but I've never been to Germany so no idea on how suitable they are.

Hi thanks for the find. Ye im looking at the site now but I think they have pretty hefty brokerage fees for each month you stay there.
