Hello just landed in Berlin....art....
 

Hello,
I am spending December in Berlin to spend with friends.
I enjoy urban sketching, ie sketching buildings, streets and the people.
I was wondering as I get some of Berlin together, does anyone know any place where I could look to sell these? Ie galleries etc.
Is there an area where people sell their art in a market place etc?

I also do 3d graphics and can teach Blender and 3ds max if anyone knows where I could market this.

With my 3d graphics and art skills, Berlin seems a good place for me.
Obviously, I would work out the self employment legalities before.
Berlin is a cool place for urban sketching, so many things!

Only just read your post.
One could try the Zeughaus.Its on the boulevard 'unter den Linden'
You can meet people there, who will have the same interest.
Scheuneviertel is/was another place, but apparently things have moved on.
Asking around wont hurt.

Where exactly in the Zeughaus http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zeughaus
would I go? Is there a art/design centre there?
Scheuneviertel too?
I am starting to find lots of other centres too for artspaces etc.
Berlin is great for art and design!

Hi Welcome to Germany.

Look near the historishe museum, on the kupfergraben an arm of the Spree.
Kunstmarkt am zeughalle..www.kunstmarkt-berlin.com.
A few art fellows would hang around there and exchange chatter and show there wares.What it is like now and what are the best days I cant say, but just dropping
around in the cafe shop cant harm.
But to bucker you up a bit ,the youth with their takes on grahic designs Art,in Berlin
would not be a bad clique to get to know.
I was there before the wall fell, left to Expidition Indian Asia.Returned again
after for a short time The music, arts reviere were not decided on where the new
IN-places would eventually settle, so I am not the man for the now, I just wanted
to give you pointers that would help to kick you off.
So I wish you all the best on your first would be steps into a new life.
