No, not familiar with that film. Must admit I'm not a great fan of Benoit Poelvoorde, but having said that I've just watched the trailer and confess it looks pretty good. Will try and find a copy.
I see that Yolande Moreau features in the film too, who despite her unusual general attitude, was brilliant playing the prime role of the painter Seraphine in the French film of the same name. A remarkable story and film. (She was an artist who cleaned houses by day, and painted by night)! Even the IMDb gave it a 7.4/10 score, which is quite exceptional for a non-American film. Well worth checking out. Link.
