Do you know what costs are incurred from the Notaire if there was a big problem with the house, either before C de V, or before Acte de Vente? I assume as they have done some work this may be worth knowing?

In France, if your offer is accepted but you know there is a potential viewing on the property, can they accept that offer despite you putting a verbal offer in prior to the viewing? I guess the answer is yes, but thought I would check?
