Son leaving UK today for Europe charity Bike ride

also he is using the garmin so everyone can follow him daily. he started at Trafalger Square this morning and due on the ferry soon, he is ending up here in Spain but is passing through France , twice
If you see him please do cheer him on, am sure he will appreciate it, also woud be good and great if you do see him let me know

I didn't study the itinerary in detail, but I may not be far from his Arles-Carcassonne route.
