Selling a car that's in spouses name

Can I sell this car?

Purchase name: (almost ex) DH
Finance name: DH
Carte Grise: BOTH Names
Insurance: DH

I can't afford to pay for the car and want rid. My lawyer says I can sell it as my name is on the Carte Gris.

Any insights? I am honest and will split the €s with DH fairly with a paper trail but the €370 finance + €90 insurance a month is a killer.
