rotten weather.

Hi guys
Who's got the sun shine? We're in cold wet and windy Brittany and in desperate need for some sun, have motorhome, will travel.
Thanks in anticipation.

Well don't travel to Italy as it's pretty hit and miss here too so far this month. Lots of rain, wind, a day or two of sun, then rain again.
Plus- we have earthquakes !

Don't bother with the Loire Valley if it's sunshine you're after.

It's almost shirt- sleeve weather in the north of Scotland.

No luck with the transit of Venus on Wednesday though. Cloud from 4am to 6am.

How was it in France?

Solid rain this morning here, cloudy, windy apres midi. Forecast changes very late as today was shown as possible shower(s) yesterday afternoon, this morning Meteo showed morning and afternoon as pluie. Afternoon then got changed.
Bit of a nuisance as I'm trying to lay concrete for a shed.

It's bad everywhere then? Looks like we'll be following the "Tour" then for our holidays, maybe see some of you up a mountain, might even see the sun up there. Fingers crossed.

It wasn't in Nantes this weekend apparently - although I was in Geneva, so I didn't mind too much. That being said, the only nice day we had in Geneva was the one where I was locked up in the recording studio all day. It started to rain when I left the studio. Seriously ?!

Back in Nantes now and just got drenched walking the dog.

Just showers today in the south of the Limousin. Not good for painting outside, but OK for cleaning up and continuing with the interior decoration. Builder back from hols in Biarittz so managed a catch-up before he carried on with the renovation.....

Tipping it down yesterday. Put us off going to the three vide greniers we had planned to go to. Still, ended up doing more interior cleaning and decoration.

Saturday OK(ish) but chilly so popped out to a couple of vide greniers (3 Euros for an old French Bread Bin - bargain) and the back to the house for more cleaning, filling holes (great stuff this lightweight filler) and decorating.
