My family have just moved to ezyrac and im in need of a builder. Does anybody know of any around the thiviers area please. Thank you in advance.

Hi, sorry I can't help personally. If no one else can recommend one, then les Pages Jaunes are your friend, entering "entrepreneurs en bâtiment" and "Eyzerac", and ticking "à proximité de".
If you intend to build an extension, then you must go to your Mairie to apply for a permis de construire or simply declare your intention, depending on its dimensions.

Thank you will start looking. Yes we heard about the rules of building work ect so we put in for full planning as soon as we signed the compreimis de vente. Thank you chats1.

I don't even know where Ezyrac is but a link I've posted on here before might be useful.... www.findatradeinfrance.com The way it works is after registering for free, you post your location and a brief description of the job you need done.

The site has a large number of (paying) members in the trades who can contact you through the site (initially) with offers.

It worked beautifully for me last year.
