Notaire costs.
Does anyone have a clue as to what the notaires would charge for a simple land transaction? I have the chance to buy a small plot of land to the rear of our place in order to give the large gite a private rear garden and extra parking space.
For info - it's not a large piece of land - around 300 square metres.
Is there a seperate charge to the cadastral planning office too?
Thanks in advance!

Notaires seem to charge on a sliding percentage scale - ie the more expensive the property the less % they charge. On a transaction of about 30k it's about 10% I think.

Cheers for that. I know about the sliding scale for property sales, but this is purely a land transaction. It's terrain agricole to the rear of our property, and I know it's worth in the region of 50-100€. So, I want to know what the likely 'legal' costs are from the notaires and anyone to do with changing the cadastre?
