I think we may have a few members round your way, hopefully they'll pop up soon. It's a bit quiet on here lately, like all forums it tends to go through quiet patches and then it livens up again.
Funnily enough I'm not far from you at the moment, in Saint Jean de Monts, if you know it, but this isn't where I live - I've been working here for the tourist season but I'm off back home to Normandy soon. Can't quite make my mind up whether I like it here or not.... it is far and away the most touristy place I have ever spent time in.

Hi and welcome.
Last year a Maydaisy was looking for contacts as well, just like you close to La Rochelle and French husband.
If you put "La Rochelle" in the French search function, the thread will come up.
(Don't know how to link to it :huh:)
I live close to Saintes so not really that close.
